How Do I Place An Order?​
Point and shoot! First click on the country you wish to provide a gift card in and choose your store of choice. Once selected, choose the value of the gift card you wish to send and head for check out, It’s that easy. Should any issues arise, a 24 hour chat service is available to support your shopping experience. Need a gift for a neice in Guadalajara or cousin in Bangkok? Not a problem, select the country, pick a store click and your gift card will arrive whenever you want. Need a last second present for an overeas relative? Give Pombo a try!
How do my gift cards arrive?​
Due to postal delays and in some countries vanishing parcel deliveries, Pombo has settled on an e-gifting system that allows you to select a date for delivery such as birthday's, anniversaries or holidays. On the scheduled delivery date your voucher will arrive to your recipients email address ready to be reedemed at their chosen favourite store.

Payment & Shipping
Payment can be made by all major credit cards or Paypal. Simply choose your card, enter your details, choice of delivery date and presto, job done, rest assured your e-gift card will be delivered on the day of your choosing,even same day. Unfortunately we havent yet figured out how to deliver yesterday if you your last minute has turned into late - we are still working on this!

Returns & Refunds
All gift cards are reedemable in store. Unfortunately we offer no returns on gift cards and all product returns' policies vary from store to store and country to country.
If for any reason the gift card presents as invalid having never been used - an immediate replacement will be issued. In the event of an unresolvable retailer issue, we can offer an alternative retailer voucher at no extra cost. Our role is to provide a service to facilitate an easy to use method of purchasing gift cards.
